Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, telephone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies results. We do not save a separate copy of those searches on our servers. A message sent to us contains only what its sender chooses to provide, and we use it to answer.
Technical Data Collected
Our hosting systems create routine logs that may include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and time stamps. Aggregate use helps diagnose faults and show which resources visitors use. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
What We Do With This Data
The limited data above supports site operation, fault repair, traffic measurement, and page improvement. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Harford County offices, Maryland agencies, courts, libraries, and outside search tools. Each destination sets its own privacy terms. Information entered there falls under that operator's rules, including information submitted through sponsored search results supplied by another company.
Who Might See Your Data
Hosting and support vendors process logs for us. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic data already described. We disclose information when valid legal process requires it and otherwise do not share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Depending on residence and circumstances, a person may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain certain personal data. Maryland's Online Data Privacy Act of 2024, Chapter 455/SB 541, principally Commercial Law Title 14, Subtitle 46, became operative for covered processing on October 1, 2025. Because we retain little, a request generally involves our contact mailbox and server logs. Submit one through the Contact page. Government records held by Harford County or Maryland are outside our control, and any correction or lawful shielding request must go to the custodian.
Updates to This Policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
