Why This Site Exists
Harford County has no universal resident index. The Clerk of the Circuit Court handles deeds, court files, marriage licenses, and several licenses. SDAT keeps assessments, Harford GIS maps parcels, and the Register of Wills holds probate matters. Maryland agencies run court, voter, business, licensing, and vital-record systems. The Maryland Room at Harford County Public Library adds historical sources. We organize those search routes, office contacts, and boundaries so each kind of record can be checked at its true source.

This is a privately operated reference site. We are not connected with Harford County, any incorporated municipality, the State of Maryland, a court, or a records custodian. That means our role has firm limits:

- We cannot delete material held by a government office or private database
